We have worked with Quality Outsource since February of 2020. They are the first and only company we have used to outsource our policy production. During this time, we have gone through many changes, and they have adapted to those changes right along with us. (Loss of data, changes in forms and changes in Underwriters.) They are prompt to let us know when there are errors in premium calculations or forms requested so that we avoid those problems before the policy is issued. They are also prompt to respond when we have an issue. Jennifer Kirkpatrick is a "hands on" business owner and leads a team of well-qualified professionals.
